DUTIES AT CORPORATE:
-Maintains all operating software service packs, patches and critical updates through SCCM and Intune

-Appropriately uses SCCM, Intune, group policy, PowerShell scripting, imaging, desktop utilities, and MSI packaging technologies to achieve automation, performance, flexibility, stability, recovery, and security goals.

-Responsible for desktop and mobile application compatibility, integration and security, and standardization of client features.

-Plan, create, and maintain OS images in MDT for all desktop and laptop computers and modify as necessary as well as assisting with deployment and adoption of MS O365 solutions such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange, etc.

-Takes a leadership role to ensure that projects are completed according to the specifications and schedules and that project goals/progress are properly documented. Acts as the project manager for the assigned divisions.

-Serves as the lead escalation point for desktop and
mobile support related issues.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma with at least six (6) years of related IT technology and systems experience is required. Bachelor's degree, plus equivalent experience in a technical discipline is preferred. Must have experience working with desktop, mobile imaging, and application deployment software (LANDesk or Soti). Experience working with mobile operating systems (iOS, Win Mobile 6.5) is required. Must have advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and security. Desktop system administration, desktop application support (MS, Office, etc.), and desktop hardware experience is required. Must act as a subject matter expert and possess the ability to oversee, plan, and manage projects. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor to interact successfully with staff at all levels is required. Must be a leader and trainer to his/her peers. A self-starter that is thorough in identifying and fixing hardware/software desktop and mobile issues. Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. High attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be successful with prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to a changing environment. Must be able to travel by car or plane, up to 80%. Must possess a valid NC drivers license.

OTHER:
Extensive knowledge of the administration, support, and configuration of O365 and related technologies including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Participates in IT initiatives and projects; may take a lead role as assigned.
Perform operating system and software upgrades and patching using SCCM and Intune.
Experience with PowerShell querying and scripting.
Experience with new user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, software, network printing, etc.
Providing end-user support for all PC and mobile based hardware, applications and services.
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure, client and cloud solutions.
Frequent collaboration with the Client Technology Manager to ensure operational security, maintenance and governance.
Experience working with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Networking, and Security.

Bachelor's degree can be a substitute for some experience.
