Responsibilities
Utilize a strong system focus to lead process change to improve the scalability of Master Data Management.
Provide quantitative and analytical insight on planning and purchasing processes
Support the development and scalability of planning and purchasing activities
Provide regular management reporting as well as frequent ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects
Help develop new product launch strategies based on data and risks
Represent supply chain planning on several Master Data Governance projects concurrently with the ability to manage complex analytical tasks
Provide advanced analytical support and appropriate data to assist Supply Chain Leadership in developing their strategies and drive leading-edge thinking
Provides assistance to supply chain staff in reviewing, recommending, and implementing system enhancements
Requirements
2-5 years of process change through Lean, Six Sigma, or similar tools preferred
Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on systems & process scalability
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to influence process change via interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel abilities required, including Formula creation, Macros, V-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, IF statements, chart & graph creation
Basic understanding of programing & scripting preferred
Recent database management experience
Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms preferred
Proficient with a variety of software applications, data, and mainframe systems
Educational Background
BS/BA degree
