Commercial Loan Servicing Manager Opportunity Overview

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Loan Servicing team. Ensure proper loan records, GL balancing, and servicing requests are processed accurately, in accordance to internal guidelines, and within established service level standards.

As a Commercial Loan Servicing Manager with Banner Bank you will have the opportunity to:

·         Oversee collateral releases for commercial loan portfolio.

·         Responsible for managing workflow, projects, and operational changes resulting from policy, procedure or system changes.

·         Analyze complex deals and create operational processes to support risk transfer goals and objectives, handle priority clients, and resolve complex issues or requests for waivers from established procedures.

·         Responsible for acting as a liaison to other departments (e.g. audit, legal, financial accounting, tax, marketing etc) as required.

·         Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

·         Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Certifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. required

Experience

·         More than 8 years in of operations experience in commercial loan servicing activities. required

·         5 - 8 years in of supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         Ability to lead a team and ensure all functions are performed in accordance to the established Service Level Agreements.

·         Possess exceptional organizational, problem solving, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

·         Ability to deliver professional, responsive customer service. Possess excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively to senior management, staff, and external customers.

·         Advanced knowledge of accounting principles with the ability to analyze financial statements and cash flows.

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, and commercial loan systems.

·         Advanced knowledge of state and regulatory requirements pertaining to commercial loans.
