The CCB Authentication Product Team is developing the next generation of tools and capabilities to p rotect our customers against evolving threats, while retaining their trust and simplifying their authentication experience.

As a Project Manager in the Authentication team , youwill partner with Product Owners across multiple areas to organize and drive the cross-functional teams delivering these important innovations.

Job Description

Working directly with high-performing teams, this is a dynamic opportunity to implement Project Management best practices that will help business and technology teams achieve their business goals. You'll work closely with colleagues to help ensure the Authentication team is collaborating with business and technology partners across the firm.

Responsibilities:


  • Understanding of business priorities and ability to translate these into prioritized actions for delivery.
  • Developing plans for the delivery of business and technical capabilities across multiple teams
  • Executive level project communication e.g. understand and communicate project status, risks and issues
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing project dependencies with other Products across the firm.
  • Facilitate meetings to support plan and dependency management. Meetings will include project level as well as senior level team members.
  • Help gather estimates and plan team capacity
  • Support project releases.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in financial services, ideally within a digital team
  • Experience of leading projects through all phases of a software development lifecycle
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies - especially in an Agile environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with executive level communication.
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed and diverse project teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong knowledge in JIRA and Confluence is a plus
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
