We Offer
The new role is being created to meet the demands of our design thinking transformation. The team is focused on three pillars-Creative, Practitioner (change agents) and Research/Strategy, all while putting our users first. The main responsibility is running a variety of Design Thinking workshops for FSG Technology across a variety of products and sit within the Design Thinking and User Experience team.

This role includes (but not limited to) meeting with workshop sponsors to understand their goals, prepping the workshop, delivering it and then working with the team to take the results back into their daily jobs. Workshops range from high level strategy sessions with executives to writing user stories for a specific product with both technical and change teams. Candidates are expected to be familiar with many Designs Thinking methods and how to match the right method to the problem being solved. Facilitators are expected to identify workshop challenges and proactively work to resolve them. In addition, you will act as a change agent for process improvement and exchange knowledge and manage training of design thinking processes.

You Offer
We are looking for:


  • 10 years of experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Design Thinking methods
  • Proven design experience a plus-prototyping- Portfolio of work to date
  • Basic Design Software knowledge a plus (HTML/CSS)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Must have experience in Financial Services- -Finance, Product Control, Treasury or Liquidity a plus
  • Familiarity with Jira
