Due to a promotion, we are hiring a Property Operations Manager! The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience within a large property, physical plant, HVAC/R, plumbing and union experience. Hilton and Hawaii/Island experience a plus.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director, the Property Operations Manager is responsible for the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building/s, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Assigns work, supervises staff and verifies and documents the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system. Directs outside contractors, communicates with city officials and inspects quality of work by staff. Responds and coordinates responses to guest calls and emergency situations. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
