Your Team

You will be part of the Business Intelligence team supporting the analysis and reporting for the Full Service Solutions Retirement Business. Business Intelligence is focused on harnessing the power of data to provide actionable analytics to guide senior leadership in strategic decision making, and routine performance monitoring. You will be focused on developing dashboards, conducting analysis, and visualizing key data trends and metrics to inform senior leadership on business decisions.

Your Role

Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence, the ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic, and data-driven problem-solver with the ability to translate business, or product objectives into visualizations and analysis used to deliver actionable insights and monitor performance.


  • Developing dashboards that monitor performance, and provide actionable insights across key initiatives throughout the Full Service Solutions organization

  • Partnering with Initiative Owners to develop key performance indicators with clear alignment into core business objectives

  • Working closely with individuals within and in support of our DC, DB, NQ, and Retail businesses

  • Gathering required data in order to perform analysis to support dashboard creation. Anticipate future and ongoing needs

  • Seeking input from multiple sources / levels within the organization and incorporates knowledge into reporting and analysis

  • Have a working knowledge of the Retirement business, distribution, products and markets

  • Cultivating a strong team environment in which team members are encouraged to challenge ideas as they develop the best plan to meet business challenges

Your Expertise

What we are looking for in your background

What you’ll need to succeed: 


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical ability

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office as well as proficiency in PowerBI and/or Tableau

It’d be a plus if you have:


  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Retirement industry experience

  • Financial Services industry experience

  • Agile experience
