This role is part of our Land O’Lakes, Inc.,  WinField United business that provides crop inputs and insights to farmers through our network independent ag retailers.  Through our leadership expertise, high quality products, rich data and innovative ag technology, we strive to help the retailers and farmers they serve intelligently advance agriculture and help farmers win in every field around the world.     

As a Driver / Warehouse Operator, you will be a valued team member who operates small sized box trucks for transportation of agricultural materials, merchandise, equipment, and personnel. In addition, to driving responsibilities you would be expected to perform operational functions in the warehouse such as (picking and pulling orders, inventory cycle counts, inventory management, loading trucks, maintaining a clean safe work environment, etc). You will be handling local deliveries in the Holtsville, NY area.

Hours: Full-Time (daytime hours)

Hourly Wage: $22.00 / hour

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

• 18 years or older


• Current driver’s license


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills


• Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:

• HS Diploma / GED


• Commercial (delivery) driving experience


• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., product storage, product staging, forklifts, etc.)


• Forklift experience or willing to be trained for certification
