We are currently seeking a stretcher leveler operator to join our 2nd shift team at High Steel Service Center. The stretcher leveler operator will work in a safe and efficient manner to set up and operate the Stretcher Leveler Cut To Length Line to process raw material into finished products. Pull coils, set up levelers and set up stretcher for processing material to customer specifications. Package and/or direct packaging activities. Perform transactions on computer as needed for work orders and/or material processing orders. Coordinate all functions and related activities to maximize output. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
Ideal candidates will be available to work 2nd shift: Monday - Friday from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
Positions start at $20.00/hr and pay a $2.00/hr shift differential.
