Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   

• Extensive knowledge of all product and services offered by the bank and can service customers’ needs and requests.


• Provides extensive personalized service to customers and prospects with specific or special banking needs.


• Monitor all Automated Clearing House (ACH) activity for customers with Treasury Management ACH services.


• Coordinates the implementation and servicing of the bank’s various banking services (including deposit services, merchant banking, ACH, direct deposit, and cash management) for new and existing customers.


• Is available to customers and is their point-of-contact for assistance on trouble shooting business services. Acts as the liaison between departments and the customer (i.e. Electronic Banking Services department).


• Handle technical support and product training to meet customer needs.


• Provides technical support to the bank’s Treasury Management customers.


• Provides feedback from the business community regarding service and product needs to management.


• Assist in ACH renewals and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Audits.


• Assist in creation of bank to bank proposals.


• To perform all job duties and maintain compliance with all banking acts, laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates special projects as assigned by the Treasury Management Officer or Director of Treasury Management.

Qualifications Required

Two years banking experience, a high-level knowledge of banking products and services and an intermediate level experience with Word and Excel is required.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Sitting for extended periods of time, requires close visual acuity and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment including copy machine, telephone, scanner or other basic business equipment.  Travel to/from branches and customer’s place of business is required as well as a valid driver’s license.  Must have the ability to move or at least lift 10 pounds. The job is within the normal office environment range.

Qualifications Preferred

An associate degree is preferred with three years of banking experience related to the sales of bank products and services with an emphasis on electronic banking/services or treasury management.
