Job Summary: Performs all mailing functions. Monitors work orders for specifications related to mailing. Assures that all documentation is handled and maintained properly. that all documentation is handled and maintained properly.
Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to management. Applies some advanced skills to the position. May adapt procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Works under minimal supervision. May assist in training and orienting entry level associates.

Intermediate level computer experience/skills including Microsoft Office
Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembles customer orders; prepares for mailing/shipping
Reviews each job ticket/shipping order to determine shipping instructions.
Affixes correct postage via the mail metering systems
Processes daily mail to support fulfillment operations and meet client SLAs
Close shipping orders per instructions
Maintains paperwork which may include log books, change orders, work orders, load tags, maintenance logs, and shipping orders
Sorts, trays, and prepares outgoing mail to USPS regulations based on mail class
