The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Requirements Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Gathering and documenting component requirements from state and federal agencies.




• Responding to and implementing ‘Late Breaking’ regulatory changes within 30 days to meet the 3M Brand Promise commitment.




• Monitoring 3rd party websites to ascertain any changes / modifications to regulatory rules and mandates.




• Determining priority of state / federal changes, based on customer input and feedback.




• Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties




• Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent or higher  (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher  (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software development in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement




• Three (3) years’ business analysis / software development / QA experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Three (3) years’ experience as a software business analyst




• Three (3) years’ experience with software healthcare




• One (1) combined year experience using C++, .Net, C# or JAVA




• Agile development experience




• Ability to meet predefined deadlines and prioritize work assignments.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Location: Any 3M HIS location OR Remote

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
