We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our Information Services Group located in Warrendale, PA. If you have 2-3 years of recent Help Desk experience in a high-volume environment, strong organization and time management skills and the ability to multi-task, consider joining us.


Our goal is to hire someone that has demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to work with end users of all technical ability levels. You must have admin level knowledge of Mobile Device Management Platforms (e.g., AirWatch). Admin level experience with Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment is preferred. If you have this and advanced hardware expertise, including server, phone system, and network hardware we’d really like to speak with you!


What we will expect from you:



  • Use ServiceNow ticketing system to create, manage, and complete requests while working with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Requests include create, change, and terminate user requests, hardware and software requests, and different system update tasks. Issues include Hardware, software, network, phone system, and mobile devices troubleshooting.

  • Work with additional IT resources and/or Vendor support as needed.

  • Monitor email and admin portals for notifications and alerts.

  • Create and update documentation as needed and knowledge building through ongoing training and research.

The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 8A-5P, and requires one week of on call every 4th week.

Experience

Required

  • 2 - 3 years: Must have advanced computer hardware and software skills and the ability to troubleshoot the following technologies:
    Advanced Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 experience (i.e. familiarity with Control Panel options and system settings).

  • 2 year(s): Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or systems related position.
