We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our Information Services Group located in Warrendale, PA. If you have 2-3 years of recent Help Desk experience in a high-volume environment, strong organization and time management skills and the ability to multi-task, consider joining us.
Our goal is to hire someone that has demonstrated customer services skills with the ability to work with end users of all technical ability levels. You must have admin level knowledge of Mobile Device Management Platforms (e.g., AirWatch). Admin level experience with Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment is preferred. If you have this and advanced hardware expertise, including server, phone system, and network hardware we’d really like to speak with you!
What we will expect from you:
The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 8A-5P, and requires one week of on call every 4th week.
