The Vice President of Provider Services & IPA Operations assumes all strategic and operational responsibilities over MCMF functions to include network adequacy, IPA Member/Customer Services, and IPA Strategic Planning. The Vice President successfully performs oversight of Physician Compensation policy and issues for the IPA Physicians including capitation, annual PCP bonus distribution, RAF bonus program, other physician incentive payments and governance functions.1. Education/Licensure:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.

• At least ten years managed care, and/or health care experience in IPA or medical group administration.
• At least five years' experience as an executive leader in IPA operations and/or finance.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven skills in process improvement and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead staff.
