Coordinates the movement, control, and data accuracy of material moving through the receiving and warehouse areas. Works with purchasing to coordinate inbound transportation. Performs cycle counts, inventory transactions, daily audits and CRAs. Uses Barcoding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receives, verifies, and delivers incoming materials.
Stocks material in warehouse and floor locations.
Fills material and supply requisitions.
Unloads trucks.
Adjusts stocking locations to accommodate the daily flow and storage of materials.
Clears daily shortages in ERP and performs daily audits.
Performs cycle counts of material in the warehouse and on the shop floor. Investigates and resolves discrepancies.
Keys or scans inventory transactions into the manufacturing system.
Knowledge of Barcoding strongly preferred.
Manages CRA records.
Copies and distributes paperwork, as needed.
Maintains records and files paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
May manually handle, repack, or repalletize materials.
Must operate a forklift truck, pallet jack, parts counting scales, stretch wrapper, and other material handling devices.
Operates various types of office equipment.
Uses a computer to enter data and prepare paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
