**Rist-Frost-Shumway Engineering, P.C.** (RFS), an 80-person consulting engineering firm with offices in Laconia, NH, Boston, MA, and Portland, ME. RFS is seeking an Electrical Designer to join our talented and team-focused staff in any of our office locations.
Opportunity for an electrical designer with 1-5 years' experience in the Architectural Engineering industry.
They will provide design for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency and standby power systems as well as performing site surveys during construction and engineering studies of existing buildings. Should have knowledge of relevant electrical codes Experience with Revit and SKM is preferred. Should have strong analytical ability and good verbal and written communication skills.
RFS focuses on large-scaled building and infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast. Project types include college/university, healthcare, laboratory, private secondary schools, public K-12, central plant, commercial, industrial, government, and historic preservation -- all with a focus on sustainable design.
