The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for completing numerous monthly and month-end related tasks. It is imperative these tasks are completed with the utmost quality to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements
| Major functions: | Primary responsibilities will include the following: Essential Functions: * Billings - intercompany, commercial and government (daily invoicing) * Researching discrepancies * Collections * Sales tax analysis * Processing deposits * Process credit applications * Customer account monitoring and reconciliations * Familiarity with WAWF a plus * Ensure compliance with internal controls * Month-end close process support * Month-end reconciliations |
| Education/Experience/Licenses etc.: | Qualifications: Qualified candidate must be ambitious, detail oriented, possess good organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment. Must also be able to meet deadlines, manpower requirements and other duties as assigned. * High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience or Associate's Degree with 0-2 years related experience * Experience working in an Accounting Department * Deltek Costpoint experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite *Motivated self-starter with the ability to identify problems and ability to prioritize objectives to meet department goals * Ethically sound * Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management * Ability to multi task * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a team environment |
