Are you passionate about delivering a meaningful employee experience across the employee life cycle? As a SolarWinds' People Experience Program Manager, you will create and execute against People Experience initiatives and build mechanisms to help us scale our People-First Culture. Successful candidates will have experience taking initiative, driving, building partnerships globally and cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with their customers. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback.


  • Help advise and promote our global culture champions and execute on the overall strategy for our culture champion community across Inclusion, Giving, Wellness themes

  • Champion our culture, company mission, and values to internal and external communities

  • Manage multiple employee programs globally and build sustainable scalable models through various events, webinars, and activities

  • Collaborate with various employee resource groups and align on execution efforts

  • Take a data-driven approach to culture and engagement which includes driving survey results and measuring the impact and effectiveness of related programs continuously

  • Influence and assist on internal and external communications tools to promote programs to employees and candidates alike


  • 5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or any customer-facing role where you've developed and executed programs to drive engagement

  • Driven to Execution & High Agility Skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high emotional intelligence, exercise sound judgment, and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Serve as liaison between leadership and employees; has strength in relationship building relationships globally

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience is preferred

  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Social media, internal communications, or Talent brand background are a plus

  • Believes in the Customer and Solution Mindset
