Are you passionate about delivering a meaningful employee experience across the employee life cycle? As a SolarWinds' People Experience Program Manager, you will create and execute against People Experience initiatives and build mechanisms to help us scale our People-First Culture. Successful candidates will have experience taking initiative, driving, building partnerships globally and cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and earn trust with their customers. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback.
Help advise and promote our global culture champions and execute on the overall strategy for our culture champion community across Inclusion, Giving, Wellness themes
Champion our culture, company mission, and values to internal and external communities
Manage multiple employee programs globally and build sustainable scalable models through various events, webinars, and activities
Collaborate with various employee resource groups and align on execution efforts
Take a data-driven approach to culture and engagement which includes driving survey results and measuring the impact and effectiveness of related programs continuously
Influence and assist on internal and external communications tools to promote programs to employees and candidates alike
5+ years of experience in program management, HR, or any customer-facing role where you've developed and executed programs to drive engagement
Driven to Execution & High Agility Skills
Thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates high emotional intelligence, exercise sound judgment, and make appropriate recommendations.
Serve as liaison between leadership and employees; has strength in relationship building relationships globally
BA/BS or equivalent work experience is preferred
Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal style and influence effectively at all levels in the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Social media, internal communications, or Talent brand background are a plus
