Newly opened in 2021, Infinity 260, located in the heart of Charlotte, NC's flourishing University Park Research area, is the newest residential apartment community owned and operated by High Associates Ltd.
We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician, ideally with a background in lease-up/new construction, to join the Infinity 260 team. This technician will be responsible for the completion of technical building maintenance and emergency repairs as required by service requests submitted by all appropriate tenants and/or owners. They will also perform preventative maintenance assignments as scheduled. An individual with experience in diagnosis and repair in the areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry-walling, and appliance repair, as well as pool and grounds maintenance will be successful in this position.
