UST Campaign Marketing Manager - Job Description
UST is looking for a enthusiastic, collaborative, highly organized and creative campaign manager who has a passion for developing and activating global campaigns that engage audiences and drive targeted sales growth. The campaign manager will ensure that each element of our marketing campaigns is completed on time, delivered to the right audience, and meets our high bar for content in quality and execution. The campaign manager will work collaborative with marketing peers managing all operational aspects of campaigns. The campaign manager will develop processes to make end-to-end campaign activities effective and efficient. Equally essential, the candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously.
*Plan and deliver on the expected lead numbers and sales pipeline
*Specifically, you'll plan and execute on best practice demand gen strategy utilizing tactics such as; webinars, content syndication, email marketing, PPC, and 3rd party advertising - driving both brand awareness and business contribution
*Run a data-driven and digital demand marketing program, delivering on metrics for measuring campaign tactics, ROI and success
*Communicate campaign briefs to cross-functional teams (sales, partners, product management, etc.) and ensure that all stakeholders clearly understand campaign goals, stay updated on campaign status, and gain insights from the results of the campaigns to continuously improve results.
*Own campaign and lead management and work with sales and marketing ops on funnel optimization
*Work within a budget, meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects, and identify risks to projects early in order to minimize disruption.
*Broaden reach and awareness through procurement of new contacts in defined segments and optimization of our targeting mechanisms
*Support the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
*Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, and asset management.
*Ensure projects are progressing, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated and appropriately escalated, and results are delivered on time and within budget.
*Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications.
*Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.
*Track and report on monthly campaign performance including key performance metrics and analyse the results of launched initiatives; based on these learnings, implement operational improvements that optimize our available resources.
*Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA Preferred).
*Minimum of 4-6 years marketing experience within a global B2B organization; preferably at a successful, high-growth global SaaS, software company, consulting and/or business services environment.
*3+ years of planning, managing and executing multiple B2B campaigns and product launches across a portfolio of services and products/platforms.
*Experience managing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to maintaining timelines, updating stakeholders, coordinating efforts, balancing short and long-term needs, and delivering results.
*Strong creative writing and content development skills and the ability to conceptualize, produce, edit, source and disseminate engaging content across all channels; proven examples of success and samples/portfolio required.
*A detail, operationally-driven self-starter with a passion for designing great customer-first experience and world-class, breakthrough content and campaigns.
*Expertise in lead generation and management with a deep understanding of best practices in customer journey design and orchestrated multichannel campaign creation and management.
*Effective communicator who can negotiate priorities between both business stakeholders and agencies/partners/vendors while also working under pressure in a fast-paced matrix organization.
*Preparation and execution of marketing plans, working to budget and time deadlines and tracking/reporting on MROI; a passion for measuring success and constantly iterating to improve.
*A professional presence and ability to act as brand ambassador of UST; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills while wearing many hats, solving problems and resolving conflict.
*Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment; experience planning and managing global projects to a fixed budget and proven MROI.
*Strong presentation skills a plus; excellent verbal communication, written and proofreading skills.
*Experience managing marketing contractors/agencies, using CRM systems and planning/executing digital creative assets an advantage.
