We are hiring a Reliability Technician to join our growing reliability lab to support the Quality and Reliability Engineering organization for product testing. Product testing involves testing qualification material through both hand testing and automated handler. In this role, you will chip in and collaborate with engineering teams in other areas of the Reliability lab as needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Review daily operation of the ATE equipment and handlers.

  • Accurately document results of product testing through electronic tracking system

  • Set up qualification for products for both automated or manual testing.

  • Establish basic troubleshooting of handler and setup related issues such as continuity and leakage

  • Maintain effective communication and pass down

  • Inspect test units at incoming and outgoing from the test area

Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Associates degree

  • 3+ yrs of experience with Automated Test equipment and handlers

  • Experience with setting up production or engineering products for automated or hand testing.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for handler and setup issues

  • Good decision making and problem solving skills

  • Effective communication skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Very detailed oriented; follow procedures meticulously

  • Self-direction, work independently

  • Able to prioritize daily activities with minimal oversight

  • Work well in a collaborative team environment

  • Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks every day.

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to flex schedule as needed.

  • Lift < 20 lbs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience with the following equipment:


  • Teradyne Testers (Integra Flex, Ultraflex, MicroFlex, Catalyst, Eagle)

  • Automated Handlers (Seiko Epson, Rasco SO1000, Multitest, or Delta)

  • Knowledge of semiconductor device handling, especially WLCSP package

  • Basic Automated Test Equipment and/or Handler maintenance repairs
