Job Description:

A meaningful opportunity to support an exceptional recruitment experience has opened within the lateral recruitment team. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our recruitment partners' efforts to attract and hire top talent for key opportunities to meet client needs.

In this role, you will leverage your detail orientation and strong sense of initiative to coordinate and schedule phone screens, video conferences, and other mode of interview for the recruiting team and hiring clients. You will also manage the pre-employment and on boarding processes for the recruiting team and HR partners, while championing the candidate experience by making sure candidates are treated like clients throughout their recruitment and pre-boarding process.

Your strong customer service focus will aid you in resolving any issues that may arise through the recruitment and preboarding process, ensuring that candidates, clients, and recruitment partners are kept informed of progress proactively. You may also have the opportunity to support special projects and other opportunities from time to time that support your deepening understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Your ability to prioritize and deploy effective time management strategies will allow you to balance multiple priorities while ensuring excellence in delivery.
