Exponent is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead the effort of visually telling the Exponent story by producing consistent, fresh and relevant creative assets for marketing and establish brand guidelines and lead efforts to cohesively update our visual identity system. You will have hands-on design and production work experience in addition to having a proven track record serving in the role of art director and overseeing the work product of internal and external designers.


Youwilljoinour growing Business Development team andreport to the Senior Manager of Marketing. You will need to hit the ground running to support several strategic corporate-level marketing initiatives led by the Business Development team. You will be required to have a leadership aptitude, taking an active role to meet Exponent's growth and digital transformation goals working alongside senior leaders and stakeholders within the firm.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing and the Director of Business Development, create a roadmap for advancing marketing assets for marketing and business development purposes

  • Elevatingthe brand by producing superior work product and utilizing design best practices across all deliverables produced by internal and external designers

  • Acting as a champion for the brand, ensuring brand consistency across landing pages, client deliverables, pitches, events, webinars, email campaigns, social media and more

  • Owning end-to-end creative process from concept to production across all marketing assets

  • Developing necessary training materials, guidance, and templates to elevate the quality of work produced by all designers on the team

  • Proactively sourcing and managing resources and developing tools and processes to ensure the collective team is meeting deadlines and can manage ongoing workload

  • Managing the project pipeline and overall team workflow related to graphics and ensure quality and output

  • Identifying and creating capacity as needed for new ideas and projects, projecting project hours, and tracking deliverables

  • Maximizingasset reuse and efficacy when executing projects, scaling with the firm's growing needs and digital marketing roadmap

  • Effectively collaboratingacross teams and practice areas, facilitating approvals and collaboration across technical SMEs, corporate reviewers, and our marketing team

  • Effectively and efficiently managing the creative budget and resources

  • Managingrepository and organized file system for marketing assets

  • Producingvideo and animated assets for several channels, with a clear call to action, and that result in lead generation and increased social media engagement

  • Producinglanding pages and sales enablement tools in Ceros that support lead generation

  • Sourcingand managingexternal designers or freelancers

  • Developing and managinga highly efficient project and production process for a growing team


You will have the following skills and qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in creative services or creative operations roles, preferably in the professional services industry

  • A desire to work hands-on in producing creative for a variety of mediums including web, mobile apps, events, video, photography, print and email

  • Highly self-motivated, hardworking problem-solver with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced understanding of the world of graphics, including image optimization, file size and type, and font use

  • Capable of staying productive and accurate under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Ceros, and HubSpot

  • Strong HTML skills with the ability to edit code

  • Positive, collaborative nature with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong, positive cooperation with all stakeholders
