Job Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Customer facing skills experience

  • Demonstrated ability to understand industry issues and problems, relate them to customer’s needs, and propose appropriate solutions

  • Excellent organization skills, ability to take initiative and work independently or as a member of a small team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building

  • Strong presenter, comfortable presenting in front of customers, conveying status

  • Strong writing skills with expertise in PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Suite

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within engineering projects

  • Knowledgeable in technology, specifically in engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering

  • PMO certification


Essential Functions

  • Support leadership/sales team, to identify company’s sales playbook as well as go-to-market strategies

  • Assist in proposal writing and support for sales teams for customer interactions

  • Work with Engineering leads for PMO activities

  • Define requirements for change requests, issues/defects and remediation requirements

Travel to customer and project jobsite required as necessary.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
