A week in the life of a Project Engineer:


  • Be an integral part of our solution development, detailing and resolving risks, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies, and providing direction to a variety of hardware, software, and technical personnel.

  • Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills in order to provide this broad team with anunderstanding of our deliverables and to gain consensus from our customers.

  • Travel to meet with customers, supervise testing, and support installation and acceptance.

Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 5+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • Operational experience with UAS, C-UAS, or USAF Battle Management Systems.

  • Must be a US Citizen with anactive Secret Clearance.

  • Proven ability to integrate a variety of technologies (sensors, software, networks, edge servers, power systems, etc.)into complete systems.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changes and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge and experience program management methodsand techniques; risk, metrics development and evaluation, personnel planning, project reviews, scheduling, performance evaluation and change management.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
