Become an integral part of our team at Macquarie Asset Management as a Business Support Analyst who possesses strong project management skills to support our Investment Teams across strategic business initiatives utilizing our core technology platforms.
You will be a member of the Enterprise Digital Data and Platform Team responsible for driving global transformation. In this role you will collaborate with our Investment, Technology and Operations teams to understand business needs and drive change throughout the organization centered around our core platform, Aladdin. You must excel in dynamic fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing business needs. The position is based in Philadelphia and global travel could be up to 15%.
In this role you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders, vendors and technology to define requirements, design solutions and drive delivery across the organization. Strong knowledge of the Buy Side Trade Lifecycle is essential for this role. You will be responsible for various day to day activities ensuring our systems and business areas are operating effectively each day.
The ability to operate in a dynamic environment with moderate levels of supervision are essential for success.You will be detailed oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to build relationships and collaborate with various levels across the organization in order to define and drive projects globally will be key to the success in this role.
