In 1987, the firm became LaneBishopYorkDelahay Inc., which is known today as LBYD Engineers. In 2001, LBYD began offering civil engineering services. With the addition of the civil department and the continued commitment of our structural department, LBYD has experienced growth at a phenomenal rate. Job Description

  • The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Principals and Engineers of the company. We work in a variety of job environments tending to daily task and keeping the office organized.

  • * Support the Civil Project Engineers and Principals
    * Keep PE license renewals and application submission
    * Record licenses, renewals, PDH's in RedVector and file in LBYD network folders
    * Maintain NCEES Records
    * Maintain and record PDH's
    * Career Fair/Conference registrations
    * Notarize documents
    * Various administrative duties
    * Back-up to the receptionist


  • * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
    * Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Customer Service
    * Prefer knowledge, but not required: Master Specs, SpecsIntact, OneNote, Teams, ShoteTel/Mitel, Newforma, Adobe, Infocus, Turbo Meetings,
    * Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
    * Physical and Mental Demands:
    o Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
    o Be able to read and sit in front of computer screen for long periods of time
