Position Description: The Data Processor performs moderate level data entry and processing work for multiple Wrap-Up clients in the TSIB Wrap-Up Service Center.


Reports To: The position reports to a Wrap-Up Administration Supervisor.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:



  • Receive client data documents from various sources, including, but not limited to email, internet portal, fax, and regular mail

  • Review and process the information contained in each client data document by entering the data into the Wrap Up system quickly and accurately

  • Maintain all back up files required, both electronic and hard copy as needed

  • Periodically review the data entered to correct any errors

  • Maintain files, both electronic and hard copy as needed, of client correspondence and documents received

  • Contact wrap up participants, including, but not limited to, the client, subcontractors, and insurance agents and brokers by phone or email to resolve delinquent reporting or other issues


Qualifications: High school diploma; minimum of one year of experience in insurance or risk management environment or insurance data processing center; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Proficient user of computer programs including Microsoft Office suite of programs and/or RMIS systems. Detail and deadline oriented self-starter with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities; strong time-management skills; sensitivity and ability to treat confidential materials appropriately. Team player with ability to work collaboratively with others including department staff, clients, and vendors.

Work Environment: On a regular basis this job is performed in an office environment with usual office working conditions, free of disagreeable elements. On an occasional basis, the employee may travel to and work at a job site location or client office location and be located in a trailer or other temporary structure. The noise in this work environment may be moderately loud.
