While reporting to the Plant Manager, as aSafetyCoordinator, youwill be responsible for ensuringthe safety and health of all employee across all shifts. You will foster asafety-firstatmosphere and motivateemployees to remain injury freethroughout the Hanover, PA facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure to develop an atmosphere of a safety-first mentality

• Key member of the plant leadership team as a safety role model




• Lead and implement all safety programs andfacilitatesafety activities




• Monitor, audit and train to ensure all safety training requirements are completed




• Present safety data including statistic trend analysis, close calls and lead safety hour activities

This position is located at our manufacturing facility inHanover, PA.
