Job Description:

Stellantis is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of FQM Reactive Black Belt (BB). The candidate will be responsible for globally supporting the Propulsion Systems Engineering organization in resolving complex design and quality issues, implementing structured problem-solving techniques, coaching, and training. The Reactive BB will provide global cross-functional problem solving in any of the Propulsion Systems Engineering areas. The candidate will facilitate and technically seek solutions to root cause, as well as handle projects as the subject matter expert.



Job responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Ability to root cause quickly and accurately frame issue(s), identify the problem(s), and provide effective resolutions

  • Ability to apply advanced problem-solving tools to resolve quality and non-conformance issues

  • Serve as a coach and a mentor of Kepner - Tregoe and Shainin techniques

  • Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple supplier quality projects

  • Ability to lead cross-functional global team of various management levels

  • Provide technical direction for triage of reactive Propulsion Systems issues

  • Prepare and present problem-solving decks to all levels of management (Engineer up through Executive leadership)

  • Track status and savings of Reactive BB projects.
