This position, the individual will be responsible for all financial aspects related to the various advertising and experiential funds (Sales & Marketing Incentive Co-op (SMIC), Events and Ram Marketing Funds) across the nine (9) U.S. Retail Business Centers. The individual will work very closely with both the individual Business Centers and the Sales Operations team in Auburn Hills to ensure sales promotion programs and appropriately approved, funded and ultimately paid, and that expenses are accrued accurately as part of the month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities Include:



  • Monthly close activities, actual reporting and variance analysis, forecast modeling, and budget development and tracking.

  • Work closely on a daily basis with sales personnel in the nine business centers located throughout the U.S., providing financial guidance and support as well as training when required.

  • Audit and approve payment requests for sales support programs and ensure spending is within budget.

  • Financial oversight and management of certain national experiential and sales marketing programs.

  • Work with Ansira to ensure co-op advertising campaigns compliancy audits are correct, and that the dealers are reimbursed appropriately.

  • Maintain SOX compliance for Sales Finance including audit support and issue resolution.
