MCVP Psychiatry is seeking a part-timeProgram Coordinator that will support the Psychiatry Residency Education teamto provide administrative support to the department including coordinating and scheduling patient appointments for multiple physicians/providers at multiple sites. Receives and responding to all inquiries from patients, insurance carriers, and others by telephone and/ or written correspondence using quality customer service. Serves in a lead capacity by participating in hiring process, training/mentoring/onboarding of new employees and fellows as applicable. Provides administrative support to training programs.

    Minimum of four (4) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting
