YOUR ROLE


  • 12 month rotation program through numerous functions (Lab, Engineering, Innovation, Operations, Sales & Marketing)

  • High level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts and senior leaders throughout the program

  • Valuable real-world learning experiences with continuous feedback and support

  • Numerous opportunities to volunteer for strategic initiatives (KPI Digitalization, Performance Management, & Optimization of Labor and Equipment)

  • Deployment into the Engineering/Continuous Improvement organization within North America where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will propel their career forward


YOUR SKILLS


  • BS/BA degree in Engineering/Business & available for full time employment on July 2021 (3.0 > preferred)

  • Excellent problem solving abilities using best-practice methodology for process and data analysis

  • Strong Project Management skills to identify, manage, & execute projects at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated leadership in a team setting & results-oriented while working independently


  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
