This position may be required to work night shift rotation, weekends and holidays along with being flexible to changing schedule and shift as needed.</span></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise group of technicians responsible for chemical production and repackaging operation for Chemical operations at ALAM</li>\n<li>Drives a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" with their actions and their words on a daily basis</li>\n<li>Responsible for planning and assigning work</li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Responsible for recommending improvements in safety, production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions</li>\n<li>Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, and productivity) and increase subordinates' skills and capabilities.</li>\n<li>Ensures effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching and development. Makes employment decisions.
