OVERVIEW
As a Senior Brand Manager supporting CPG Brands, you would be a key team member responsible for sales and business management for our CPG brand partners. You would support strategic business planning, inventory management, promotional planning, and marketing strategy in collaboration with our brand partners as well as internal marketing/creative teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting with key CPG brands on overall eCommerce marketplace strategy with a focus on sales management leveraging promotions, paid marketing, SEO, content, and category insights
Developing strategies and action recommendations for implementing tactics to increase product detail page conversion and boost page traffic
Developing data-driven promotion and media plans that drive incremental sales. Creating balanced strategies that retain brand loyalists but also reach new consumers
Managing inventory planning and tracking, promotional strategy and execution, and media budget management
Developing digital marketing strategies and a customized paid search approach based on partner goals
Collaborating with Marketing teams on media budgets planning/reporting and paid search keyword strategies
eCommerce Category Management for some of the fasting-growing digital sales sectors such as beauty, health, household, baby, grocery, and pet
Ongoing reporting of key Sales & Marketing KPIs developed in collaboration with external brand partners and Pharmapacks Marketing team
Using keyword research tools to support Marketing on finding incremental sales opportunities and achieving ROI goals
Measurement and reporting of investment ROI/performance for promotions, paid search, paid social, etc.
Tracking business and inventory health metrics via BI tools. Identifying areas for improvement and resolving tactical issues
Supporting inventory forecasting and sales scenario planning leveraging both internal data and external category insights
Maintaining accuracy, quality, and engagement of Product Detail Pages
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of work experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce P&L/sales management
Expert in data management within Excel and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement
