The Senior Director role is expected to establish him/herself as a strong "copilot" within the Clinical business and finance leadership by supporting the revenue process, driving the transformationas well as accelerating margin improvement. The Senior Director must be able to balance the financial needs of the business leadership with the financial and fiduciary needs of Advanced Group. As a result, the role should have a deep understanding of the efficiencies and growth / profitability drivers across the business and be able to translate them into operational actions while guiding business partners working collaboratively to attain operational KPIs positively impacting the business top line growth, efficiency and margin.

Responsibilities

    Masters ability to listen, interpret, influence, challenge, build relationships, collaborate,resolve conflict, crisp presentation and discussion facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation in a matrix structure.
  • Applies current financial and accounting standards, policies and controls, mitigates risk between business unit/functional financial goals & accounting principles and controls. Identifies and prioritizes risks and develops solutions to achieve business objectives while remaining compliant; Sets standards and educates business partners

  • Evaluates Clinical Functional staffing plan and monitors utilization trends in order to optimize delivery model efficiencies at the Clinical level

  • Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management and development of the team to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives

  • Recommend and implement ways to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and modeling especially Adaptive Insights and NetSuite, Excel and PowerPoint. Will need to be proficient in preparing Excel based "what if" models and recognizes and addresses issues with data integrity.

  • Prioritizes risks and develops solutions to achieve business objectives while remaining compliant with financial and accounting standards.

  • Drives for Results - High energy self - starter with a strong drive for results.

  • Proactively identifies and informs stakeholders about opportunities and risks to improve efficiency and profitability.



Qualifications


Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline required.
* Advanced degree (MBA)/ CPA preferred

Minimum work Experience:
* 8-10 years of progressive Finance roles with strong analytical and partnering track record. Clinical background and related experience preferred
