Our Premier Catering Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Event Coordinator to join our team! The Event Coordinator will be Cameron Mitchell Premier Events on site client contact, executing all events based on details and timelines as determined by the Salesperson. Event Coordinator responsibilities
Uphold company culture and philosophy
Follow proper timekeeping policies and procedures and clock in and out all hourly associates on events
Act as the liaison between the client and Cameron Mitchell Premier Events in absence of the Sales Managers on events
Pit stop at each event with staff to discuss current events and event details
Perimeter checks
Line Check
Assures proper event execution, service and safety standards
On-site supervision of CMPE staff
Ensure proper behavior of staff during event
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during an event
Close down events
Ensure the proper loading and handling of catering trucks
Leave venues clean and check out with venue contact at close of event
Event Recaps
Attend walk-throughs as needed
Planning execution with the Sales Manager
Writing and sending out staff notes and chef notes
Creating load lists and special needs page and sending them to BEO
Preparing for event pit stops
Creating food tags at the request of the Sales Manager
Compiling all information necessary in the event’s Red Folder
Double checking all event details (staffing, rentals, BEOs, etc)
