Job Description:


  • Technology leader who understand Finance business needs and can take ownership of decision-making, team engagement and coordinating resources for high-stakes Finance projects
  • Provide leadership and support for Strategic projects, system production issues, change requests and maintenance
  • Ensure process controls are in place and that all staff adhere to strict audit / SOX requirements
  • Mentor and coach team on the best practices, system design principles, and computing industry trends
  • Build authentic relationships with the team and business partners that empower them to lead long-term collaborations across the organization and deliver successful business outcomes
  • Strong financial management experience for both operating and project budgets
  • Generate and present executive level reports and analyses for CFO & CIO that provides guidance, insight, and recommendations around current Technology investments.
  • General Leadership and Administrative duties associated with managing a team of several direct reports
  • Problem solver who value input from various experiences, seek out information to keep the team on track and voice opinions on the most effective way forward
  • Anticipate the needs of customers; focus work processes on customer satisfaction

  • Efficiency review of existing Finance processes for proposed improvements as well as ensuring current process documentation is proper for use as department resources
  • Drive savings and efficiencies by defining, socializing and executing a rationalization plan

  • 12 years of management experience in IT preferably in the Finance business domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Deep understanding of Treasury business domain from the systems implementation standpoint
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the technologies like Automation Anywhere, Python, Appian, Microservices, React.js, Tableau and SQL.
  • Partnership with Finance business and Architects to define technology strategy for the Financial core Systems and build roadmaps.
  • Determine staffing strategy for both short-term and long-term resource needs.
  • Recruit and mentor new hire and existing team members.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies in a distributed team environment is a plus.
  • Empower teams to innovate and create an agile environment that supports change
  • Working knowledge on AWS Cloud Infrastructure
  • Must have proven experience managing teams of at least 10 to15 resources
  • Experience in all aspects of software delivery management - analysis, design, estimating, and implementing technology architectures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels. Demonstrate good organization, presentation and customer service skills
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture practices, specifically in information, application, infrastructure and security
  • Ability to lead, influence, coach and develop peers on project teams so that project goals are achieved, top talent retained employing fact-based decision making and effective approaches to conflict resolution
  • Must be able to work creatively, calmly, flexibly and under tight deadlines to respond quickly and positively to shifting/multiple demands and opportunities
  • Attention to detail, meet deadlines and deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget
  • Proficiency with operational support processes and project management methodologies, tools and processes
  • Hands-on experience in vendor & contract management skills, excellent organizational skills for managing a broad portfolio of tools and partnerships
  • Proven leadership with ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
  • Strong internal client focus and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrates "make it happen" and "find a way" attitude
  • Ability to construct presentations and communications in a logical manner, sensitive to diverse audience's needs
  • Experience with enterprise integration services/solutions
  • Experience in implementing of SaaS applications
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for presentation to the business
  • Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks, initiate and conduct meetings with team and peers
  • Proven track record in building, sustaining and navigating stakeholder relationships in and outside the organization
  • Able to streamline complex requirements to simplify Business Processes.
  • Must be willing to collaborate and engage with a global team which will involve some early morning or late evening meetings
