12 years of management experience in IT preferably in the Finance business domain
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
Deep understanding of Treasury business domain from the systems implementation standpoint
Extensive knowledge and experience in the technologies like Automation Anywhere, Python, Appian, Microservices, React.js, Tableau and SQL.
Partnership with Finance business and Architects to define technology strategy for the Financial core Systems and build roadmaps.
Determine staffing strategy for both short-term and long-term resource needs.
Recruit and mentor new hire and existing team members.
Experience with Agile Methodologies in a distributed team environment is a plus.

Working knowledge on AWS Cloud Infrastructure
