Job Description:

Boasso Global, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to help support operations at our Pasadena, TX facility.

Essential Functions of the job include (but are not limited to):

  • Calculating charges to customers & clients

  • Issuing invoices to customers & clients

  • Checking and reviewing customer orders and work orders/estimates for correct documentation

  • Data entry, mail & some telephone duties as well as other administrative support tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • 1 year Office Administrative &/or Billing or relevant experience

Ideal candidates will posses:

  • 1 year Google Suite Experience

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
