Key responsibilities (Bullets)
Design and implement Snowflake cloud data warehouse utilizing Snowflake utilities (SnowSQL, SnowPipe)
Administer and monitor Snowflake computing platform
Load data and manage cloud database
Create and modify user accounts and security groups per request
Manage and manipulate large, complex data sets to include XML, JSON, or CSV from various sources and databases
Develop analytic plans, engineer supporting algorithms, and design and implement solutions which execute analytic plans
Evaluate, document, and communicate research processes, analyses, and results to customers, peers, and leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information and Telecommunications System Management or related degree
Minimum of one year experience in the following:
Real-time systems
Internet applications
Command and control systems
Data processing systems
Database systems
Embedded systems
Familiar with system engineering tools OR engineering languages OR development languages OR databases OR middleware products
Understanding and experience in design and development of enterprise architecture principles, practices and standards as they relate to the Federal enterprise architecture process preferred
Knowledge of business and technical requirements of large-scale data processing systems changes
Additional Minimum Qualifications
Experience in system architecture; database and application design, architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Snowflake cloud data platform
Understanding and experience in design and development of enterprise architecture principles, practices and standards as they relate to the Federal enterprise architecture process
Experience working with major cloud computing services such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
Experience with software development tools and platforms (examples Git, Linux, etc.)
Azure Data Factory experience
Cloud Provider certifications in AWS, GCP or Azure
