Our Role:

We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a critical position within our PGIM Fixed Income Department. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your expertise in emerging trends and practices will evoke stimulating discussions around optimization and change to help keep our competitive edge. Your Impact:

• Build and utilize modeling tools, develop frontier investment technology, hone research techniques, and develop data analytics practices across multiple disciplines


• Collaborate with senior analysts, risk managers, and portfolio managers to analyze performance drivers, evaluate portfolio positioning and risk exposures, model benchmarks, and analyze technical market data


• Gain greater insight and execute on a multitude of investment products and processes, including Portfolio Management, Fixed Income Trading Strategies, Economics and Investment Strategy, Quantitative and Structuring Analysis, and Hedge Fund Management


• The role offers growing responsibility as the Analyst’s experience and confidence grows

Your Required Skills:

• 0-3 years of experience in Fixed Income Investments and a demonstrated passion for Fixed Income Analytics


• Bachelor’s degree with concentration(s) in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering or commensurate work experience


• Strong demonstrated quantitative skills (project experience involving data analysis a plus)


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple tasks both independently and within a team construct


• Maintains high levels of productivity


• Demonstrated skills as a team player and is also able to work independently


• Experience with MS Excel and other technical data analysis / modelling tools


• Sql and Python a plus


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills


• Embraces and encourages change and development
