Performing data collection, entry, organization and analysis.
Developing reports based on both qualitative and quantitative data from websites, campaigns, and other outreach activities.
Reporting on outcomes and measuring impacts of specific interventions, and programs and campaigns.
Designing and executing evaluation plans.
Providing data literacy insights, ensuring audiences (both technical and non-technical) understand the findings.
Offering insights into the design and refinement of departmental evaluation protocols.
Summarizing data findings in a meaningful way for both internal and external stakeholders.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What qualifications will help you succeed?
B.S. or B.A. degree in an applicable field of study, plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent education or experience.
Master's degree a plus.
Solid proficiency in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods, including experience with data management and analysis platforms such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational, writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention-to-detail.
