ERM is hiring an IT Program Coordinator for the purpose of business interface and integration for IT project support in Bellingham, WA. In this role, you will augment and support the CHP projects team and the business portion for CHP IT projects as assigned. This is a fixed-term, 1-year, renewable consulting role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to implement complex IT solution and business interfaces
Apply CVP & Agile Project Management related skills to deliver the business scope and integration during IT projects
Develop new, update existing and deliver business work-processes relevant to the IT project.
Ensure IT tools match client’s processes in support of business.
Ensure where possible IT tools don’t drive deterioration of good business work process.
Develop and execute plans to retain the business data history requirements and records.
Coordinate software tool configuration activities
Develop and deliver business tool and data administration strategies
Identify resources needed to develop a training plan, develop the training schedule, and assure quality training is executed for the business. The right training to the right people.
Develop and maintain a copy of the project business organization and relationships to the IT&S team
Identify the business resource skills needed and estimated resource time required. Request these business resources be added to the project to ensure quality integration of IT tools in the business.
Lead and support as part of an integrated business/IT project team to define and develop project scopes, deliver estimate assurances, cost and schedule control, project execution planning and risk management and record business benefits (Planned/Actual).
Communication key project milestones and any slippage to business leadership
Interface with IT project organization and translate to key client stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to implement complex IT solutions
Understanding and knowledge of HSSE behaviors and leadership in refineries
Effective written and verbal communication required
Agile Project Management and Scrum Methodologies
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 3-years IT project coordination preferred
