Part-time (weekend nights) concierge/security position now available at senior adult assisted living community. Staffs front desk, answers phones as required. Able to answer questions and/or direct callers as appropriate. Monitors facilities and grounds to protect property and personnel against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry, and other hazards. Responds to needs of residents as appropriate. Permits authorized persons to enter property, reports irregularities; sounds alarm; and observes departing personnel to guard against thefts of company property An entry-level position requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience, but must demonstrate high levels of responsibility, good judgment & reliability, as well as care & concern for residents.
