Ascend Learning is hiring a Client Account Manager-Post Grad to support ATI clients.  The Client Account Manager – Post Grad is responsible for B2B client management and sales support within our West region, consisting of 3 time zones. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day relations and account maintenance for our clients for their post graduate products and services.  This includes providing account information and pricing to our customers and sales personnel. This position will work from the Leawood, Kansas office location.

Responsibilities:

• Build, grow and maintain productive relationships with key account contacts/sales personnel.


• Responds to customer inquiries/information needs, and provides positive, courteous service to customer/sales personnel.


• Answers questions regarding products, pricing, and proof of delivery.


• Works with the appropriate internal department to process invoices, quotes, returns, and credit card payments.


• Works with the shipping department to expedite or ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments.


• Communicates pertinent customer concerns or issues to sales personnel.


• Keeps client information up to date in D365.


• Prioritize decisions for business outcomes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. High school education or equivalent required.


• 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.

• Critical thinking and analytical skills


• Technical aptitude


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Outlook, D365, Excel, PowerPoint


• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and customer service skills


• Proven organizational skills and time management skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Previous leadership experience preferred


• Ability to work a schedule within 8:00am – 5:30pm Central time
