TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Reporting Analyst in Alpharetta, GA.
This compensation professional will develop, analyze, and administer the company's compensation programs. This role will as provide detailed reports and analysis to the local teams as well as global leadership.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Will be responsible for evaluating, benchmarking, and market pricing jobs for the US employee base.
Will analyze external compensation data and internal reporting structures in order to provide recommended pay grades.
Conducting compensation reviews and advise of any recommended actions if necessary
Participate in market surveys: mapping internal jobs to external survey roles in order to have compensation models that accurately align with market data
Create cyclical and ad-hoc reports for local leadership as well as our headquarters team, located in Germany. Responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data, classifying positions and tracking headcount. Will partner with finance counterparts to align and validate headcount and labor costs.
Assist in the administration and calculation of merit and incentive programs
Review off-cycle pay increases and provide feedback based on compensation governance, external market data, and internal equity
Responsible for owning the company's job description library: audit job descriptions for accuracy and relevance; update when necessary, partnering with all necessary stakeholders; ensure library is organized and accessible
Partner with HR to ensure compliance with compensation governance; communicate and enforce policies, escalating where necessary
May assist in the design and/or improvement of compensation policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal/regulatory bodies
Partner with leadership to craft incentive plans that drive success at every level and in every department: analyze current and past incentive plans; suggest improvements for future plans; garner support from business heads across the organization; assist in the writing, communication, and distribution of plans.
What we look for
4+ years experience in compensation analysis, including job evaluation and the use of external market data providers
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
Proficient in Excel: able to analyze large datasets using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts; summarize results; and translate into clear action items
Confident user of PowerPoint
Working knowledge of compensation principles and best practices
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, with the utmost tact and discretion
Proven ability to work and create effective partnerships with executives and business leaders across multiple functions and teams
Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality
