What you'll do:

SAS is seeking innovative and dedicated individuals to join our growing Hospitality and Gaming Division as a Sr. Account Executive. We are specifically looking for hospitality and gaming Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Consultants, Sales and Business Development candidates. You will align internal resources and partners to sell and support SAS services and solutions and focus on growing revenue.

Locations: Southeast Region

You will:

    Position and leverage sales opportunities to grow and retain dedicated, strategic customers at all levels within their organization.
  • Understand complex business needs of assigned account(s) and qualify types and levels of opportunities in or out accordingly.

  • Implement aspects of strategic account management and development.

  • Work closely with SAS management and executive teams.

  • Create, negotiate and finalize contracts with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage customer satisfaction levels and coordinate/delegate value-adding activities.

  • Develop a working understanding of company pricing and licensing procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:


  • Knowledge and fluency of the Hospitality and Gaming vertical including domain planning, end to end supply chain logistics, forecasting and SaaS experience.

  • Minimum of eight years of experience within the Hospitality and Gaming vertical.

  • Proven success building a book of business and client references through consulting engagements and business development efforts.

  • Ability to successfully manage a territory of Hospitality and Gaming accounts.

  • Ability to be at customer's site(s) 2-3 out of 5 days of the week building rapport and working directly with customer(s) to solve complex business problems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science or related field.

  • Ability to travel 50% or as business needs require.

Preferred:


  • Knowledge of analytics and/or software acquisition cycles and buying influences.

  • Knowledge of Hospitality and Gaming industry technology, terminology, concepts and challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to initiate, lead and/or delegate projects.

  • Ability to relate technical and business needs of customer to SAS solutions.

  • Experience engaging with multiple divisions within Hospitality and Gaming accounts.

  • Thorough understanding of how analytics solutions can bring value and solve business problems facing Hospitality and Gaming companies.
