Summary / Objective
Responsible for the end-to-end consumer driven health plans.
Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective with all
Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) clients
* Serve as subject matter expect on all CDH products and services
* Perform plan functions, such payroll processing, enrollments, terminations
* Assist in resolving client escalated issues that are not resolved through normal channels. Document and identify trends and broader issues
* Participate in the sales process to identify and document client-specific needs for analysis and appropriate implementation
* Partner with Sales team to develop and finalize responses to RFPs
* Educate and train client service assistants about CDH, including new products and updates
* Coordinate with marketing to develop/provide client materials
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced knowledge of HSA, FSA, COBRA
* 3-5 years of experience in supporting or managing clients
* Proficient in MS Office programs, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong desire to have a direct impact on clients
