Assist in the administration, implementation and support of the Human Resources Department day-to-day operations and initiatives. Provide customer service support to client groups and employees.
Responsibilities
Comply with Endologix's policies, procedures, and quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate HR programs such as Onboarding, benefit programs such as LOA (Leave of Absences), and Workers Compensation, Offboarding and Service Awards.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.
Record and update employee information/files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other company uses.
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Prepare employment-related documentation and notices.
Coordinate the administration and tracking of immigration activities.
Benefits administration - medical, dental, vision, and voluntary plans including life, AD&D, and disability.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments with carriers and/or in HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
Partners with brokers
Run reports from employee database as requested.
Performs invoice compilation/reconciliation.
Manage and track off-site HR records.
Support HR programs (AAP, Harassment training, Audits, etc.)
Assist with coordinating company events.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or business from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
