Overview

Assist in the administration, implementation and support of the Human Resources Department day-to-day operations and initiatives. Provide customer service support to client groups and employees.

Responsibilities

    Comply with Endologix's policies, procedures, and quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate HR programs such as Onboarding, benefit programs such as LOA (Leave of Absences), and Workers Compensation, Offboarding and Service Awards.

  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.

  • Record and update employee information/files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other company uses.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Prepare employment-related documentation and notices.

  • Coordinate the administration and tracking of immigration activities.

  • Benefits administration - medical, dental, vision, and voluntary plans including life, AD&D, and disability.

  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefit enrollments with carriers and/or in HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.

  • Partners with brokers

  • Run reports from employee database as requested.

  • Performs invoice compilation/reconciliation.

  • Manage and track off-site HR records.

  • Support HR programs (AAP, Harassment training, Audits, etc.)

  • Assist with coordinating company events.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or business from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:


  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • Data entry experience on HR/Payroll systems
