Description

The Recruiter plays a vital role in creating and executing long term talent acquisition strategies across various business units within Dine Brands. This role will partner with Business Unit Leaders, HRBPs, and other leaders across Dine Brands to create and implement sustainable recruiting programs to address immediate and long-term staffing goals. The Recruiter sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends candidates for positions at all levels.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage recruiting campaigns for client group(s) as directed by Executive Director, Recruiting

  • Proactively partner with Business Unit Leaders to develop an understanding of hiring nuances of the business

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting - all hiring manager communication, job description preparation/posting, submit candidates, relationship management, issue resolution, setting process/procedural expectations, coordinating new hire setup/logistics, etc.

  • Proactively partner with HRBPs and Total Rewards team to align on search parameters and relevant market intelligence

  • Develop sourcing strategies that maximize the qualified candidate pool

  • Drive efficiency in recruiting process to completion including holding all relevant stakeholders accountable to agreed service commitments

  • Research, contact and develop relationships with local universities and professional groups to further promote Dine Brands

  • Develop/maintain hiring forecasts and gather feedback on recent hires/service levels

  • Assist with data entry into applicant tracking system (UltiPro)

  • Manage/maintain recruiting data and metrics for client group(s)

  • Provides weekly recruiting reporting metrics as needed

  • Assist with other special projects as required


Skills & Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

  • 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience with some agency experience preferred

  • Keen ability to identify and recruit passive job seekers

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within recruiting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills a must

  • Highly resourceful, creative, collaborative, motivated and driven

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload

  • Passionate about relationship-based recruiting

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced knowledge of relevant HR/Recruiting technology tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, various ATS modules, HRIS modules, etc.)

  • Experience with UltiPro ATS is a plus
